Host team will provide travel assistance from Mumbai/Surat Airport and also guide for sharing taxis at best payable rates.
We will be providing Triple/Quadra sharing rooms at the listed hotel rooms which are within a few kms of the venue with a travel time of around 15 to 20 minutes.
No bulk discounts will be entertained, though registration within the districts can be swapped provided that we get a written confirmation from the registered member. The swapping procedure will be done once we close the registrations.
We will be serving all types of food, as per the choices you have selected while registering. We will have separate kitchen / crockeries & serving area for non-vegetarians.
The venue & accommodation is in the rainforest area of the Union territory known as Madhuvan. Mostly you will find industries everywhere being an industrial belt with maximum of paper, plastic & chemical industries. Industrial visits can be planned if interested.
